Oh, absolutely fair enough. Given the sheer number of greeting cards, placards, and other ephemera regarding graduations, I’m surprised I don’t see it spelled that way more often. Love this comic, though, and it gives me hope that I’ll be able to produce mine…someday.
Hey, go for it! Do you have a character or characters and a setting in mind? Start playing around with them, without any thought towards a story. Make test images and work up to finished images. This will bring your characters into focus.
The earliest ones were from four years ago, long before I had the shard of a notion to start the webcomic. But it let me get to know the characters, their individual identities and their relationship together. This led to story ideas, planning dialogues and, well, the rest is history. XD
